Job Summary

Customer Success TEAMS 

 NIQ SA&Is Customer Success Team is focused on delivering world-class insights and reports to the clients and striving for highest levels of Customer Satisfaction and advocacy. 

Customer Success is  NIQs key department which is instrumental for the companys success.

As a Research Executive you will support the delivery of research and analytics across NIQ SA&I solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders helping ensure smooth project execution and highquality outputs.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn detailoriented and passionate about turning data into meaningful insights.

In your role you would:  

  • Support the delivery of analytics and insights across NIQ SA&I products such as Brand Health Usage & Attitude Shopper and other adhoc studies.
  • Assist in project setup coordination and execution ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Work with senior team members to understand client priorities and contribute to solutions that support their goals.
  • Help prepare reports presentations and insights ensuring clarity accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth project flow and timely delivery.

About you 

You are a motivated detailoriented individual who enjoys working with data and supporting clientfocused outcomes. You are curious collaborative and eager to grow your skills in research and analytics. You understand the importance of teamwork communication and delivering highquality work.


Qualifications :

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 12 years of experience in research analytics or related project coordination (internships included).
  • Basic awareness of the data analytics industry and solutions such as Brand Health Segmentation Usage & Attitude Customer Experience or Shopper studies.
  • Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Numerical confidence and comfort working with data.
  • Problemsolving mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication skills verbal and written.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal teams.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint or willingness to learn quickly.
