Responsibilities:
Validate tickets and verify bug fixes prior to production deployments.
Execute comprehensive application and integration testing across multiple connectors.
Develop update and maintain test plans and test cases for new features.
Perform regression testing to ensure system stability.
Participate in release readiness assessments.
Document and report defects with clear detailed reproduction steps.
Collaborate with engineers on bug triage and root cause analysis.
Coordinate with team members across different time zones (East and West Coast).
Skills & Requirements:
2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
Practical experience with manual testing methodologies.
Ability to write clear and detailed bug reports and test documentation.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple testing priorities independently.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience testing API integrations and RESTful services.
Familiarity with automated testing tools or frameworks such as Playwright (preferred).
Experience with SQL or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of fintech payroll or financial services applications (preferred).
Familiarity with AWS (preferred).
