In this role you will utilize Microsoft Office software QuickBooks and the clients internal database to manage inside sales support activities such as handling customer inquiries providing accurate product information preparing quotes maintaining follow-ups and processing addition you will reach out to the clients partner contractors and promoting the companys internal products. You will also collaborate with warehouse and estimating teams to ensure smooth operations and a well-rounded customer experience which may include navigating documentation managing product samples and assisting with inventory support as needed.

This role is a Permanent Direct Hire. It is a long term need at the company. This role is on-site.

Qualifications:

3-5 years experience with sales related responsibilities in an industrial distributor environment
Comfortable with occasional proactive sales efforts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software including Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint as well as PDF formatted documents
Positive attitude excellent attendance record and ability to thrive in a team environment
Must pass criminal background check and demonstrate stable work history

Bonus:

Experience or proficiency with QuickBooks and navigating internal databases

Salary Range: $50000 - $60000 depending on qualifications and experience
