In this role you will utilize Microsoft Office software QuickBooks and work with the clients internal database. You will handle customer inquiries provide accurate product information relay quotes maintain followups and handle order processing and paperwork. You will work with warehouse and estimating teams to provide operations support as part of providing a well-rounded customer experience. This can include navigating documentation handling product samples and more.

This role is a Permanent Direct Hire. It is a long term need at the company. This role is on-site.

Qualifications:

2 years experience with sales related responsibilities in an industrial distributor environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software including Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint as well as PDF formatted documents
Positive attitude excellent attendance record and ability to thrive in a team environment
Must pass criminal background check and demonstrate stable work history

Bonus:

Experience or proficiency with QuickBooks and navigating internal databases

Salary Range: $50000 - $55000 depending on qualifications and experience
