What Were Looking For

Must have:

2 years of dealership automotive sales experience (required)
Valid drivers license
Strong communication & customer service skills
Professional appearance and high integrity
Ability to work Sundays and rotating evenings (Saturdays OFF!)
CRM knowledge preferred
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

We also welcome candidates with:

Retail sales
Call center experience
Phone sales
Cold calling / telemarketing
Hospitality or customer-facing service experience

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers in the showroom on the lot and by phone/lead response
Present demonstrate and sell new & pre-owned vehicles
Maintain a strong personal sales pipeline
Make approximately 500 outbound calls per month
Follow up with warm leads internet prospects and unsold customers
Guide customers through the entire sales and financing process
Maintain excellent reviews and customer satisfaction
Represent the dealership in a professional courteous manner
