Program Duration: Summer 2026 (10 Weeks)
Pay Range: $18$25 per hour (based on location experience and academic level)
Program Overview
Our Summer Internship Program offers real-world exposure to sales and customer engagement within a manufacturing and engineered-products environment. Over 10 weeks you will gain:
Hands-on experience supporting sales operations and customer-facing activities.
Mentorship and guidance from experienced sales and commercial leaders.
A professional network across functions and facilities.
Career-ready business communication and analytical skills.

What Youll Do
As a Sales Intern you will:
Support sales teams with customer data analysis reporting and account support activities.
Assist with sales forecasting pipeline tracking and opportunity analysis.
Collaborate with Sales Marketing Engineering and Operations to support customer needs.
Participate in preparing customer presentations proposals and internal reports.
Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership.
Qualifications
Were seeking motivated students who are ready to learn grow and contribute:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing Engineering Supply Chain or a related field.
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
Strong communication organization and analytical skills.
Interest in sales customer relationships and commercial strategy within a manufacturing environment.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
Ability to work on-site at one of our locations for the duration of the program.
