NewLight Health is a faith-based wellness company founded in 2012 that provides vitamins supplements education and health coaching focused on natural health. We operate with a strong commitment to quality consistency and improving the quality of life for the people we serve.

What Youll Do as a Marketing Specialist:

Plan & execute marketing campaigns across print and digital channels in line with company goals.
Create & coordinate marketing materials like brochures catalogs and social media content.
Manage marketing calendars timelines and day-to-day coordination to keep projects moving.
Work with vendors designers printers writers and partners to produce marketing materials.
Research market trends customer segments and growth opportunities.
Track campaign performance and report on key marketing metrics.
Travel to trade shows and homesteader events.

Our Ideal Marketing Specialist:

Experienced: Brings at least one year of marketing experience hands-on content creation skills strong written and verbal communication abilities an understanding of key marketing metrics (lead generation engagement conversion rates ROI) and an Associates or Bachelors degree in marketing or business.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using marketing tools and software; experience with CRMs analytics platforms and StoryBrand or StoryBrand AI is a plus.
Detail-oriented: Pays close attention to accuracy in content data reporting and day-to-day tasks.
Reliable: Meets deadlines follows through and maintains professional working relationships.
Collaborative: Works well with others communicates clearly and contributes positively to the team.
Adaptable: Comfortable managing multiple projects and channels while adjusting to changing priorities.
Proactive: Takes initiative monitors campaigns and looks for ways to improve results without constant direction.

What We Offer Our Marketing Specialist:

Full-time onsite role Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (40-45 hours per week)
$26-$32 per hour based on experience
