What Were Looking For

Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings
Registered Nurse qualification with NMC PIN or Level 5 Health & Social Care leadership qualification
Must be registered with the CQC
Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks safeguarding and clinical governance

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the residential and nursing home
Maintain and improve CQC compliance ensuring high-quality outcomes across the service
Support and mentor staff to deliver safe compassionate person-centred care
Build positive relationships with residents families professionals and stakeholders
Oversee budgets staffing audits and governance processes
Drive continuous improvement and implement best practice care standards
Represent the home as the Registered Manager with the CQC
