Qualifications Required: NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young Peoples Workforce; QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childrens Services (or willingness to undertake)
Experience in Years Required: Extensive experience in childrens residential care management

You will lead a motivated team to deliver high-quality nurturing care for young people ensuring compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations. You will:
Manage a safe supportive and warm home environment
Safeguard young people and work collaboratively with professionals
Lead continuous improvement and ensure the homes statement of purpose is achieved
Manage budgets resources and the home environment
Inspire and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for young people
Requirements:
Extensive experience in childrens residential care management
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
Commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment
Full UK driving licence
Note: This is a Registered Manager role so the earlier Residential Support Worker-specific restrictions do not apply.
