Salary: 23.50 per hour (annual review)
Weekend Rate: 24.00 per hour
Bonus: Discretionary Annual Bonus based on company success
Hours: 24 to 48 hours per week flexible working pattern (Monday-Sunday)

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse at Patcham Nursing Home. Previous experience is desirable however what matters most is a genuine commitment to providing compassionate individualised care and helping us tailor every aspect of life at Patcham to suit our residents.

We understand that each resident has unique needs and preferences. Our dedicated team delivers high-quality residential and nursing care including dementia care support for complex physical conditions palliative care and respite care.

As part of the nursing team you will deliver holistic care assessing residents administering medications and treatments and shaping personalised care plans with residents and families. You will support daily living needs provide social and emotional care and act as a key link with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe supportive environment.

As a valued member of our team you will help uphold high standards and promote the wellbeing of every resident.

Who Were Looking For

Experienced Nurse Previous experience in a nursing home setting

Medication Trained Confident in administering and managing medication
Compassionate Communicator A caring empathetic approach with excellent communication skills
Committed to Quality Care Upholding high standards and a resident-first mindset
Creative & Resilient Adapts to challenges and brings fresh ideas to enhance care

Working hours arepart-time or full-time with set shifts including weekdays and weekends.
