Job Summary

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines product features timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders including customers business leaders and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements
Work closely with development teams using Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
Define user stories acceptance criteria and product specifications.
Act as the point of contact for development teams providing clarifications and feedback throughout the development process.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team ensuring that stakeholder needs and expectations are met.
Ensure the product meets user needs by conducting user research usability testing and gathering feedback.
Analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance product functionality and user experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and product improvement.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related

field.

Experience: 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related role preferably

in IT industry

Technical Skills: Understanding of Agile methodologies product lifecycle

management and basic technical concepts.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills. Ability to

manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and experience using data to drive

decision-making.
