Role Overview
As a Product Manager you will support the end-to-end product lifecycle helping deliver innovative digital health solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet the needs of healthcare providers in emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing product development from initial design through to production and release.
- Gather and define product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder input and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with design engineering and customer success teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Track and analyze product performance and user data to inform continuous improvement.
- Support Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming sprint planning and release coordination
- Prepare product documentation training materials and internal communications.
- Participate in customer interviews and market research to validate features and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain clear communication to align teams around product goals and timelines
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (First Class Honors).
- 2-3 years experience in product management project coordination or related roles preferably in SaaS or health-tech.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and user feedback.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for improving healthcare through technology and serving emerging markets is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence or similar project management software is preferred.
