About Company: Our client is a digital lending company that provides quick short-term loans to individuals and small businesses through an online and mobile platform.

The client is looking to hire a skilled Product Manager who will be a hands-on leader with strong coding and product management expertise. They will spearhead the design development and launch of fintech products that address real customer pain points. With 7 years of product and engineering experience they will integrate DevOps practices manage cross-functional teams and deliver scalable fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

Translate customer needs into clear product requirements.

Write and review clean scalable code in Java Rust and Python.

Apply DevOps principles to accelerate product delivery and improve reliability.

Work closely with compliance design and operations teams to ensure product-market fit.

Monitor and iterate on products based on performance and customer feedback.

Manage product roadmap aligned to company strategy.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

7 years of experience in product management and development.

Strong coding expertise (Java Rust Python).

Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD and agile product management.

Prior fintech product development experience strongly preferred.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

KPIs / Success Measures:

90% on-time delivery of product milestones.

80% adoption rate of new product features within 6 months.

System uptime 99.9% (post-launch).

3 innovative product releases annually solving real market problems.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) 50 for launched products.
