Job Summary

Own and evolve the Integrations Product Roadmap aligned with company goals.
Identify opportunities to extend the platform through APIs webhooks connectors and automation tools.
Analyze market trends partner ecosystems and customer use cases to prioritize integration opportunities.
Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) user stories and acceptance criteria.
Translate business problems into technical requirements for engineering teams.
Drive sprint planning backlog grooming and cross-team alignment.
Work with architects to ensure integrations meet scalability reliability and security expectations.
Monitor performance & reliability of existing integrations; prioritize improvements.
Work with partners (Salesforce HubSpot SAP Oracle QuickBooks etc.) to define integration requirements

37 years in Technical Product Management preferably in SaaS or API-driven platforms.
Technical background in engineering or computer science
Strong understanding of:
- REST APIs GraphQL webhooks
- OAuth2 SSO authentication/authorization flows
- Cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure)
- Microservices and event-driven systems
- JSON data mapping middleware (e.g. Mulesoft Workato Zapier)
Experience defining API requirements and working with integrations engineers.
Strong skills in writing PRDs epics user stories and technical specifications.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to break complex integration work into incremental deliverables.
Ability to communicate deeply technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong stakeholder management skills
