We are looking for a Manager to lead our International Regional Account Managers (RAM) across our that work to engage our markets. The RAMs are responsible for helping our customers effectively engage withoursolutions (Talent & Learning).
Responsibilities:
- Directly manage an international team of Regional Account Managers focused on renewing and expanding existing customer revenue across large complex organizations.
- Manage a complex business from a financial / planning / forecasting perspective
- Coaching Mentoring and the development of the regional account salesteam
- Inspire and motivate employeeson a daily basisand bring innovation to the salesprocess
- Manage theday-to-dayoperations of the team with the ability to grow and scale asnecessary
- Participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure superior customer experience and membersatisfaction
- Prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts to seniormanagement
- Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team and track results
- Constantly innovate ways to balance sales opportunities client management and new customer onboarding responsibilities
- Develop and execute against a focused sales strategy to maximize the value ofGAM
- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with the product and marketingteams
- Be proactive about solving problems even if they are outside of your corearea
- Be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge and help the company achieve its largerobjectives
- Coordinate extensively with cross functional partners ensuring they are adding value to the customer experience helping to accelerate sales activities and solvingproblems
- Work and lead in accordance with and ideally set the standard for LinkedIns culture andvalues
- Travel 25% of thetime.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with experience selling to largecomplex customers
- 5 years leadership experience managing a teamof directreports
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in international or global markets
- Knowledge of the recruiting markets (EMEA & LATAM)
- Experience managing large complex customers
- International experience (ideal)
- Can demonstrate strong sales coaching experience
- Solution selling mindset
- Gravitas / Executive engagement
- Networker ability to build and nature sustainable relationships with ease
- Proactive positive and on the front foot
- Business acumen ability to manage a complex business from a financial / planning / forecasting perspective
- Experience selling complex solutions ()
- Experience with relevant sales methodologies and metrics
- Record of analytical thinking: proven ability to evaluate sound businessopportunities
- Excellent communication client and time management negotiation operational excellence and leadership skills
