Job Summary
What Youll Do
Convert qualified leads into paying students
Follow up on inquiries via calls emails and WhatsApp
Hit weekly and monthly sales targets consistently
Maintain accurate records of conversations and conversions
Provide excellent customer support and product knowledge
Work closely with the Growth and Customer Success teams
Represent Utiva professionally at all times
Requirements
What Were Looking For
13 years experience in sales telemarketing or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools
Self-motivated goal-oriented and a team player
Ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet
