Sales Associate

InEvent a leader in the global event technology industry is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for motivated customer-focused individuals who enjoy building relationships learning innovative technology and supporting a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales team members in identifying qualifying and nurturing potential customers.
- Learn and develop a strong understanding of InEvents event technology and AV software solutions.
- Assist in the sales process by preparing sales materials scheduling meetings and following up on leads.
- Engage with prospective customers through multiple channels (phone email and other outreach methods) to gather information and build initial relationships.
- Provide basic product information and respond to initial customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities within CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive HubSpot).
- Collaborate closely with sales team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Participate actively in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and identify opportunities to learn about market trends customer needs and the event technology landscape.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong interest in sales technology and customer engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive HubSpot or similar).
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with common business software applications.
- Fluency in English for professional and business communication.
