InEvent a leader in the global event technology industry is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for motivated customer-focused individuals who enjoy building relationships learning innovative technology and supporting a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales team members in identifying qualifying and nurturing potential customers.
  • Learn and develop a strong understanding of InEvents event technology and AV software solutions.
  • Assist in the sales process by preparing sales materials scheduling meetings and following up on leads.
  • Engage with prospective customers through multiple channels (phone email and other outreach methods) to gather information and build initial relationships.
  • Provide basic product information and respond to initial customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities within CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive HubSpot).
  • Collaborate closely with sales team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Participate actively in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and identify opportunities to learn about market trends customer needs and the event technology landscape.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong interest in sales technology and customer engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive HubSpot or similar).
  • Positive attitude strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with common business software applications.
  • Fluency in English for professional and business communication.
