We cater to customers such as banks payment aggregators and fintech players who are ready to capture the emerging opportunities in this payments segment. PURPOSE OF JOB We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to manage deployments troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth operation of enterprise applications. The role requires strong technical expertise in Java Docker and MSSQL along with excellent problem-solving and coordination skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Knowledge of Java applications deployments and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Docker deployment architecture. Respond to the queries raised by different users of the applications. Troubleshoot the root cause of the issues raised by users of the applications and get the same fixed by self or L3 level. Participate in code deployments verification and monitoring into production environments. Strong Database knowledge. Candidate should be able to understand and write complex queries and stored procedures in MSSQL. Track day to day production issues till closure. Create RCA reports and share with -ordination with support development and Operations team for day to day activities and ensure the resolution of production issues. Ensure to handle the issues timely with no escalations. QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Candidate should have 4 - 6 Years of relevant experience Exposure to the payments domain (e.g. POS driving banking systems) is an added advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Innovative thinker with a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
