The Opportunity

Our Personal Care & Services Concierges are highly interactive and fast paced roles supporting our elderly residents their families and colleagues in a can-do & compassionate attitude to ensure everyone is safe and having their best day!

This role based at Infinite Care Chamberlain Gardens Wyoming Central Coast NSW will see you serve as the primary liaison for residents and their families fostering a warm welcoming and supportive environment. You will get involved in a wide range of front-of-house admin duties supporting the new resident welcome process including taking new families on care home tours management of the new additional services/HELF programs and ensure the home runs smoothly.

What is essential is that you have a customer centric mindset and the ability to think on your feet whilst being an excellent communicator high empathy positive attitude to coming to work to do your best follow the homes procedures safely and be a supportive team colleague.   • Ability to think on your feet ensuring our residents are the main focus as you will be making a difference to their lives everyday! We want to have Fun in our homes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with residents families and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Customer satisfaction is key!
  • Strong attention to detail with time management and prioritisation skills in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to upskill in rostering support team leaders and other ad hoc admin tasks as required.
  • Excellent safety awareness to avoid our residents tripping falling or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears!
  • A passion for making a difference to the elderly by being their personal carer in a positive manner ensuring privacy and dignity is respected at all times. including building positive relationships with their families
  • Have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance which is essential to work in the Aged Care sector (is not we can support you to obtain)

Our care roles are busy! Alot of bending lifting pushing and squatting to perform your duties safely. All candidates will be required to complete an online medical assessment to maintain personal and workplace safety standards.
