About the role:
The Assistant House Supervisor role is an ideal step for someone progressing in residential care. The position supports the daily care safety and wellbeing of young people and provides leadership when the House Supervisor is not present. Reporting to the House Supervisor or Residential Care Coordinator the role helps maintain a safe therapeutic and stable home environment.
Key responsibilities include guiding residential care workers promoting therapeutic practices and ensuring smooth daytoday operations. Candidates must have experience in residential care preferably within a therapeutic setting. Leadership experience is preferred but not essential.
This is a Full-Time (38 hours per week) opportunity based in Hamilton within our Out-of-Home Care Program. The position reports to the Residential House Supervisor.
