What youll do

As an Administration Officer in our Foster Care team youll play a vital role in keeping our services running smoothly and effectively. Youll provide high-quality administrative and customer service support that enables our practitioners and leaders to focus on delivering positive outcomes for children carers and families.

This is a meaningful opportunity for an organised proactive professional who enjoys being at the heart of a busy team. Your work will directly support safe culturally responsive services and contribute to a workplace where collaboration learning and making a genuine difference are part of everyday life.

Youll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing administrative and clerical tasks including file management invoicing data entry minute-taking and stock ordering.
  • Supporting the coordination of Foster Care events meetings and activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and systems to support compliance and service delivery.
  • Engaging in ongoing learning to support safe culturally responsive practice.

What youll bring

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software (Outlook Excel Word).
  • A commitment to culturally responsive practices.
