Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Legal Executive with a robust background in delivering comprehensive legal support and assistance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in analyzing intricate legal issues drafting precise legal documents and ensuring full compliance with relevant laws and regulations. With a strong ability to communicate effectively this individual will collaborate seamlessly with legal professionals stakeholders and internal teams to drive organizational success.

  Key Responsibilities
  
  1. Commercial Contracting

• Independently review redline negotiate and close:

• MSAs

• SaaS agreements

• CPaaS/Telephony agreements

• AI/ML service terms

• DPAs

• SLAs & SOWs

• Partner/Reseller contracts

• Identify risks in data privacy telecom compliance AI commitments IP ownership information security cloud liability warranties and SLAs.

• Develop practical business-friendly alternatives not just redlines.

• Maintain alignment with Exotels product engineering and AI teams.
  
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration
  
  

• Work closely with Sales Product Customer Success Finance Information Security and Engineering.

• Engage confidently with enterprise procurement/legal teams.

• Bring clarity to business teams through simple structured explanations of risk.

• Support customer conversations where required.
  
  3. Product Understanding
  
  You will build real working knowledge of:

• Telephony infrastructure and routing

• AI-driven voice and text automation

• CPaaS APIs and integrations

• Conversational AI capabilities

• SLA depth: uptime latency redundancy failover credits

• Data retention privacy logging compliance

• Information security frameworks and controls

• Youll understand what the product really does so your contracting becomes stronger and faster.
  
  4. Process Tooling & Automation
  
  

• Help develop contract playbooks and fallback standards.

• Support CLM implementation (Volody internal tooling).

• Use AI tools for contract comparison deviation detection and workflow acceleration.

• Improve contracting turnaround time and internal predictability.

• Ensure clean version hygiene and repository management.
  
  5. Governance & Compliance
  
  

• Ensure compliance with privacy telecom AI-related and information security frameworks.

• Keep templates updated to match regulatory and product changes.

• Maintain documentation for future audit readiness.

Who Were Looking For

• 57 years in commercial contracting for tech/SaaS/platform businesses.
