Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing high-value customer relationships driving repeat business and ensuring exceptional customer experience across the jewellery retail lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key and repeat customers to enhance loyalty and retention.

Handle customer inquiries complaints and post-sales support with professionalism and empathy.

Coordinate with sales design and production teams for customized orders and timely delivery.

Track customer preferences purchase history and special occasions to enable personalized engagement.

Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities through relationship-based selling.

Manage CRM systems maintain accurate customer records and generate customer insights.

Support store events exhibitions and loyalty programs to strengthen customer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in customer relationship management within the jewellery industry.

Strong understanding of jewellery products (gold diamond platinum gemstones).

Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.

High customer orientation with problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
