Job Summary:


The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing high-value customer relationships driving repeat business and ensuring exceptional customer experience across the jewellery retail lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key and repeat customers to enhance loyalty and retention.

  • Handle customer inquiries complaints and post-sales support with professionalism and empathy.

  • Coordinate with sales design and production teams for customized orders and timely delivery.

  • Track customer preferences purchase history and special occasions to enable personalized engagement.

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities through relationship-based selling.

  • Manage CRM systems maintain accurate customer records and generate customer insights.

  • Support store events exhibitions and loyalty programs to strengthen customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in customer relationship management within the jewellery industry.

  • Strong understanding of jewellery products (gold diamond platinum gemstones).

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • High customer orientation with problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Ability to manage high-net-worth customers and long-term relationships.
