Sol Glow Resort is a fast-growing boutique resort near Nainital focused on B2B corporate and group business. We are building a strong sales system supported by CRM automation and performance-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage B2B & Corporate sales pipeline
Onboard and manage Travel Agents Tour Operators Event Agencies & Corporates
Daily cold calling follow-ups meetings & conversions
Handle rate negotiations contracts & long-term tie-ups
Ensure proper CRM usage (Zoho preferred)
Coordinate with marketing & operations for occupancy growth
Monthly targets for room nights group bookings & revenue
Requirements
2 years experience in hotel / resort / travel / B2B sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Experience in travel agents / corporate tie-ups / group business
Comfortable with calling field sales & digital leads
CRM knowledge is a big plus
Salary & Incentives
Fixed salary:(depending on experience)
High performance-based commission & incentives
