Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team based in Mumbai. As an Inside Sales Associate you will be responsible for telecalling UAE customers and pitching Yubis offerings across Yubi Credit Marketplace Mortgages and other offerings in the UAE and MENA region. Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling UAE Customers

Conduct outbound calls to UAE customers to introduce Yubis innovative financial solutions and services.
Identify and qualify potential leads scheduling follow-up calls to discuss tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their requirements preferences and pain points.
Effectively pitch Yubis comprehensive offerings including the Credit Marketplace Mortgages and other products highlighting their key benefits and features.
Anticipate and address customer concerns and objections providing personalized solutions that meet their specific needs and exceed their expectations.

Data Entry and Reporting:

Enter customer information and call data into the CRM systems.
Track and report sales metrics including conversion rates sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates to the Front line Sales Managers in UAE on leads sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Finance or a related field.
3-8 years of experience in sales preferably in the financial services industry.
Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
