Primary Responsibilities
Identify key decision-makers for ingredient purchasing
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to U.S. buyers and procurement teams
Consult prospects to understand requirements and provide product solutions
Manage leads communication and pipeline using CRM tools (phone email Teams)
Acquire new customers; expand purchases from existing clients
Build and maintain a book of business with ongoing customer engagement
Qualifications
Strong skills in B2B prospecting negotiation and closing
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
Excellent communication and business presentation skills
Experience in U.S. calling or international sales is an advantage
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Incentives: INR 2500 for each new customer added plus incentives of up to 1.75% of
the invoice value. The average invoice value is approximately USD 5500 per purchase
order (PO).
