Personal Insurance Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and customer-focusedPersonal Insurance Account Executiveto join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with individual clients by providing tailored insurance solutions and exceptional customer this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring client satisfaction retention and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assess clients insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations to meet their unique requirements.
  • Explain policy features terms and coverage options clearly and transparently to clients.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products and services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience.
  • Prepare and present tailored insurance quotes reviewing and finalizing applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with underwriters carriers and internal teams to address policy issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends market conditions and competitive products to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client communications and transactions in compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to team efforts and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive Insurance Agent or similar role in the personal lines insurance industry.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with insurance management software and common office tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
