Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and a passion for providing exceptional service. As part of a close-knit family-oriented team you will manage a variety of accounts including municipal utility districts housing developments and other related industries. This position is based onsite offering a supportive and collaborative work environment where employees are valued and treated like family.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $60000 - $65000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Account Executive your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of commercial lines accounts including General Liability Workers Compensation Directors & Officers Property Boiler and Machinery and other related policies.
- Handling quoting applications renewals endorsements certificates and marketing.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with underwriters and clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to emails and inquiries.
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks to maintain high standards of service.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following qualifications:
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance with a proven track record in account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Key Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- A proactive go-getter attitude with a focus on helping others.
- Excellent communication skills particularly in managing email correspondence.
- Work Ethic: Stable work history with a commitment to long-term growth within the organization.
