Job Summary
One of Maltas leading advisor firms is looking for a Client Relations Officer to join their Immigration and Tax Department.
In this role you will support a diverse portfolio of clients throughout their immigration process acting as a key point of contact preparing documentation liaising with authorities and ensuring all deadlines are met.
This is a full-time office-based role offering a salary of up to 35K depending on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients providing guidance throughout the immigration process
- Liaise with various authorities and stakeholders as needed
- Prepare documentation and forms based on information provided by clients
- Finalise and submit immigration applications to the relevant government entities
- Monitor ongoing cases track deadlines and ensure all expiration dates are adhered to
- Accompany and support clients during visits to government entities
Education Skills & Experience
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Highly organised with strong time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive client-first mindset
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
