Job Summary
A leading law firm based in Valletta Malta is looking for an IT Support Officer to join their IT this role you will provide technical support to staff manage and maintain IT systems and contribute to projects that improve the companys overall technology infrastructure.
This is a hybrid role and offers a salary of up to 40K depending on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems and applications
Analyze business requirements and design tailored IT solutions
Enhance and maintain IT infrastructure including networks servers and cloud systems
Collaborate on cross-functional projects
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry best practices
Education Skills & Experience
Diploma or accredited certifications in ICT-related fields
2 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in English (C2 or native level)
Good understanding of MS Windows environments including MS SQL
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration SharePoint Information Architecture Power Automate or Dynamics is a plus
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Able to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills
Able to understand business processes and automate them using available tools
Willing to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
About the role
Salary: Up to 40K depending on experience
Work arrangement: Hybrid 2 days from home 3 days in the office
Location: Valletta Waterfront
