Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Logistics Officer to join our clients construction team. Reporting directly to the Assistant & Laboratory Manager you will coordinate test appointments manage technician schedules review reports and handle billing processes. This role offers exposure to multiple functions within the construction sector and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle bookings for site and laboratory test appointments via phone and email.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of services.
Ensure technicians deliver services according to construction and safety standards.
Review concrete and material test reports and manage billing for laboratory tests.
Support multiple areas of the team as needed gaining cross-functional experience.

Qualifications:

O-Level education or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; able to work independently.
Good knowledge of Maltas locations and routes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience:

Prior experience with Microsoft Office is desirable; on-the-job training will be provided.
Experience in logistics scheduling or office coordination is a plus.
