Job Summary
Industry: Finance

Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary
Main Duties:
- Complete AML checks on shareholder accounts
- Process transaction order requests (such as subscriptions redemptions transfers etc.)
- Maintain the Shareholder Registers of the various funds under administration
- Provide periodic reporting of shareholder trading activity to Fund Managers
- Liaise with investor queries on an ongoing basis
- Manage the Transfer Agency relationship with Fund Managers
What skills do you need
- 1-year experience in AML administration is required
- 1-year experience in a fund administration would be considered an asset
- A diploma in Compliance and/or AML would be considered as an asset
- Be able to work accurately to tight deadlines
- Takes initiative and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent administrative and business support skills and ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure
- Able to handle increasing responsibility over time
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word and Excel
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
