Job Summary

Good Day Distro is seeking a motivated Flower Sales Representative to grow our market presence and build strong partnerships with licensed dispensaries across Oregon. This role focuses on driving sales for our flower portfolio managing existing accounts and actively expanding market share.

What Youll Do

Prospect and grow relationships with dispensaries
Manage and expand existing accounts
Conduct regular client visits vendor appointments and trade show participation
Represent and educate on flower products and brand value
Track customer needs market trends and competitive insights
Support cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service

What You Bring

Proven sales success with strong relationship-building skills
Highly organized results-driven and customer-focused
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel 3040%
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit (or ability to obtain)
Cannabis experience helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in active retail/production environments
