How youll contribute
A Front Office Representative within our Weight Loss Center who excels in this role:
- Assumes responsibility for the efficient productive and professional operation of the front office.
- Greets and welcomes patients for their exams. Works with patients after admission to receive imaging order and completes order entry into the Meditech system.
- Verifies the diagnosis codes for accuracy.
- Maintainingnon-clinical supplies and receiving/documenting patient payments.
- Comfortable working with about 100 patients throughout the day.
Schedule:This is a Full Time benefitted position. Working hours are Monday Friday 8am 5pm.
What were looking for
Highschool diploma or equivalent required
Oneyearexperience working in a medical/business office setting with strong customer service.
Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations.
Previous experience working with medical terminology electronic medical records and scheduling systems preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
