- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Requirements:
- 34 years of experience in hardcore recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience with LinkedIn Naukri or other job portals.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of UAE hiring practices is an advantage.
