Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes including attendance payroll employee records statutory compliance and general HR administration.
Key Roles & Responsibilities-
Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management

Maintain and manage employee attendance leave records and shift schedules
-
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
-
Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary PF ESI and other statutory compliances
-
Maintain employee files HR records and documentation
-
Handle onboarding joining formalities and exit procedures
-
Address employee queries related to HR policies payroll and attendance
-
Assist management in HR policy implementation and updates

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Support internal audits and HR reporting

Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field
-
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations

Strong knowledge of attendance management and payroll processing

Familiarity with labor laws PF ESI and statutory compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Experience in construction or infrastructure industry is an added advantage

Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
