Job Description :

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner with over 8 years of experience to partner closely with leadership and drive organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives across various functions including PMS OD and Center of Excellence (COE).
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership and functional heads to understand business needs and develop tailored HR strategies to support growth and operational excellence.
Talent Management: Lead talent planning and development initiatives to build high-performing teams aligned with business goals.
Performance & Development: Design and implement performance management systems competency frameworks and succession planning to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement communication and organizational culture ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives including process improvements restructuring and strategic transformations.
HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR policies compliance payroll and other HR operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Center of Excellence (COE): Partner with COE teams to embed best HR practices facilitate knowledge sharing and support innovation.
Leadership Development: Identify leadership potential implement development programs and coach managers to enhance their capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

8 years of HR experience with a strong background in HRBP roles.
Proven experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Expertise in talent management performance management and organizational development.
Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at all levels.
Knowledge of HR policies employment law and compliance standards.
Experience supporting technical operational and managerial functions is a plus
