Job Summary
- Sourcing & Networking: Use job portals (LinkedIn Naukri Indeed etc.) and social media to find potential candidates. You will learn to use Boolean Search (using operators like AND OR NOT) to filter resumes effectively.
- Resume Screening: Review incoming applications against specific job descriptions to ensure candidates meet the minimum qualifications.
- Initial Screening: Conduct cold calls or preliminary telephonic interviews to check for basic interest communication skills salary expectations and notice periods.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers managing calendar invites and follow-up reminders.
- Database Management: Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate data and status updates are accurate.
