Job Description:
We are seeking a Telecaller with excellent communication skills and a clear confident voice to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promoting sales and providing exceptional service over the phone. The ideal candidate must possess strong active listening abilities and be able to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services
- Promote sales and upsell products
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred
