At Regions the Consumer Banking Executive provides leadership and direction of sales service and operational excellence for a district of retail branches and maintains accountability for performance and business results.
Primary Responsibilities
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Required Experience & Education
Minimum of 12 years of experience leading and managing sales teams within the financial services industry at a regional or state level
Proven success in retail banking leadership preferably with experience managing a large retail banking team
Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred

Strategic leadership with the ability to develop and execute business plans
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to drive household and revenue growth across a district
Skilled in coaching and managing Consumer Banking Managers (Market Managers) to increase employee engagement and performance
Ability to foster a collaborative culture across commercial wealth management digital and marketing teams
Experience in budget development cost management and profit performance oversight
Commitment to operational excellence service quality and associate engagement
Strong community presence and ability to reinforce brand image through local engagement

Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience skills knowledge contribution job location and most importantly performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
