Content Coordinator Consumer Conversation Starter
Wedded Wonderland**
ROLE PURPOSE
The Content Coordinator (Trial) is responsible for driving daily B2B2C content engagement across Wedded Wonderlands consumer ecosystem. This role centres on sparking conversations creating high-performing content and building momentum with brides-to-be couples planning luxury cultural/destination weddings and our wider audience.
This is a hands-on creative and editorial role designed to test speed initiative cultural awareness and the ability to plug into the Wedded Wonderland brand voice immediately.
KEY OBJECTIVE
Demonstrate ability to generate daily high-engagement content for Wedded Wonderlands consumer platforms.
Proactively start relevant conversations for brides couples across social channels.
Show initiative in idea generation rapid content creation copywriting and staying on top of real-time wedding trends.
Integrate seamlessly with the team (Polina Yash Nadia Stephen etc.) and adapt to Wedded Wonderlands fast viral editorial style.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce 35 daily content pieces for Instagram (feed Reels carousels) TikTok Facebook Pinterest and Stories.
Identify viral opportunities using Wedded Wonderlands 5 Rs: Reshare Recount Review Repurpose Remix.
Use existing brand templates and develop quick-turn formats that fit WWs luxury cultural destination wedding voice.
Generate conversation-starter posts daily tailored to brides and couples:
dilemmas
questions
unpopular opinions
planning frustrations
viral wedding commentary
trends and news reaction
Engage with comments and track trending consumer pain points.
Monitor TikTok Instagram Pinterest and global wedding media for:
breaking news
celebrity wedding moments
micro trends
cultural/global wedding shifts
Pitch daily ideas to the Content Director for rapid execution.
Write engaging scroll-stopping copy for:
Carousels
Stories
TikTok captions
Headlines
Website article intros (support for Yash)
Maintain WWs consumer tone: warm fun inclusive luxury-aspirational culture-aware.
Work closely with:
Polina (content posting editing)
Stephen (creative direction when required)
Yash (website content integration)
Nadia & Layal (concierge insight trending bride pain points)
Ensure content is aligned across platforms and supports concierge and data capture initiatives.
Assist in daily rollout of:
Guides
E-magazines
Live editorial moments
Contest/giveaway amplification
Destination content (microsites real weddings)
Share platform insights to help refine content strategy.
KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Strong understanding of social media culture especially TikTok IG.
Ability to write fast accurate and compelling copy.
Experience in content creation and using tools like Canva CapCut Instagram Reels editing.
Intuitive insight into womens lifestyle weddings and social conversations.
Highly proactive; thrives in fast-paced environments.
Excellent cultural sensitivity and awareness of global wedding nuances.
Strong visual taste aligned with luxury lifestyle brands.
By the end of 4 weeks will have shown:

Ability to spark daily conversations and audience engagement.
