We are seeking a proactive Operations Travel Coordinator based in the Philippines to manage logistics for our field personnel. You will coordinate complex itineraries and ensure cost-effective safe travel for our technical teams. The ideal candidate ensures seamless support and policy compliance to minimize operational disruptions.

What youll do:
- Manage all flights hotels and ground transportation for both individual and group operational trips.
- Design complex travel schedules that balance cost-efficiency with project timelines and technician needs.
- Handle urgent last-minute booking changes or cancellations to minimize disruption to field operations.
- Ensure all arrangements strictly follow company budgets safety protocols and travel guidelines.
- Negotiate with vendors and use strategic booking methods to reduce overall travel expenditures.
- Reconcile travel invoices verify receipts and process expense reports with high accuracy.
- Act as the main point of contact offering 24/7 assistance for delays or emergencies during transit.
- Coordinate visa applications passport renewals and necessary international travel permits.
- Build and maintain partnerships with airlines and hotels to secure competitive rates and service quality.
- Track and report on travel spending and trends to help management make informed financial decisions.
Youll have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years in corporate travel coordination ideally supporting field or operational teams.
- Expert-level skill in using online travel booking tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of international travel regulations visa processes and cultural etiquette.
- Experience with expense management software (like Concur) is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple complex itineraries simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Capacity to anticipate travel issues and resolve them quickly under high-pressure situations.
- Strong verbal and written skills for professional interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- A dedicated focus on providing seamless high-quality support to travelers and internal teams.
- Skill in securing competitive rates and favorable terms with airlines hotels and vendors.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining a strict focus on cost-saving opportunities.
