About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a content professional who excels in creating refining and managing high-quality content across digital channels while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a supportive and flexible remote environment.

As a Content Specialist you will be responsible for producing editing and optimizing content that strengthens our brand voice supports marketing objectives and drives audience engagement. You will play a hands-on role in content execution while also contributing strategically to planning performance improvement and continuous content enhancement.


This is a three-month project-based role with an opportunity to transition into a long-term position based on performance alignment and business needs.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Writing

  • Create original engaging and well-researched content for blogs websites newsletters landing pages and other digital platforms
  • Develop clear concise and audience-focused copy aligned with brand voice tone and marketing goals
  • Support storytelling initiatives that reinforce brand identity and communicate value effectively
  • Adapt content formats and messaging for different platforms and audiences

Content Editing & Quality Assurance

  • Edit proofread and refine content to ensure accuracy clarity consistency and grammatical correctness
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written materials
  • Review and optimize content for readability SEO best practices and user engagement
  • Ensure content meets internal quality standards before publication

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to the development and execution of content strategies in collaboration with marketing and creative teams
  • Support content calendars ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are prioritized effectively
  • Assist in aligning content initiatives with broader marketing growth and communication goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness based on performance insights

Social Media Content Support

  • Create curate and manage content for social media platforms
  • Ensure content is tailored and optimized for each channel while maintaining brand consistency
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide recommendations for content improvements
  • Support campaign-based and evergreen social content initiatives

Design & Multimedia Collaboration

  • Design basic visual assets or coordinate with designers to support content needs
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually engaging on-brand graphics and digital assets
  • Support multimedia content initiatives including visuals short-form content and other creative assets

AI-Assisted Content Development

  • Use AI tools effectively to support content ideation drafting editing and optimization
  • Demonstrate strong prompting skills to generate high-quality relevant and brand-aligned content outputs
  • Evaluate and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy originality tone and strategic alignment
  • Stay updated on emerging AI content tools and best practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing design and leadership teams to support campaigns and initiatives
  • Provide content support across multiple projects and departments as needed
  • Participate in feedback cycles and collaborate openly in a remote team setting

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Specialist Content Editor or similar role
  • Strong writing editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of content strategy SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Experience managing content across websites blogs and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in AI prompting and using AI tools for content creation and optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset





Required Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management Client Services or a related role. Background in SaaS technology or service-based companies is preferred. Strong communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into action plans. Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a remote fast-paced environment. Proficient with CRM platforms and customer engagement tools.
