Job Title: Client Outreach Coordinator (COC) Remote Part-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Outreach Coordinator (COC) to support our sales pipeline through consistent outbound efforts and lead management. This is a remote part-time role suited for someone who enjoys client engagement structured processes and close collaboration with sales teams. You will play a key role in initiating conversations qualifying prospects and ensuring smooth handovers to sales.
You will be joining a supportive remote team that values clear communication accountability and well-defined workflows. This role offers flexibility across US and AU time zones and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Lead Engagement
- Conduct cold calling to introduce services and initiate conversations with prospective clients
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Convert qualified leads into sales-ready opportunities
- Re-engage and retarget old or inactive leads to revive potential opportunities
- Maintain professional and timely communication with prospects via phone email and SMS
Lead Management & Sales Coordination
- Accurately document outreach activities and lead status in CRM systems
- Endorse qualified leads to the Sales team with complete and organized information
- Ensure smooth handover by providing relevant context notes and next steps
- Coordinate closely with Sales to align on lead quality and follow-up priorities
Campaign & Tool Management
- Execute email blasting and SMS outreach campaigns as scheduled
- Use tools such as RO and HubSpot for CRM and outreach activities
- Track tasks and progress using Asana ClickUp and Google Sheets
- Maintain clean and up-to-date records to support reporting and performance tracking
Ad Hoc & Process Documentation
- Create and update SOPs related to outreach processes and lead handover to Sales
- Support process improvements by documenting best practices and workflows
- Assist with other outreach- or sales-support tasks as needed
Work Schedule
- Part-time: 6 hours per day
- 3 hours during US time zone (late night PH time)
- 3 hours during AU time zone (early PH time)

Requirements
- 2 years Experience in cold calling lead qualification or sales outreach
- Clear and confident communication skills both verbal and written
- Organized and process-driven with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with CRMs and task management tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while staying aligned with the team
