As a Behavior Analyst at Sage Alliance you will use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to guide behavioral interventions and support student success. Youll collaborate with staff and families to develop individualized plans that promote growth engagement and independence.
What Youll Need
Masters degree in human services education psychology or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience applying ABA and Verbal Behavior (VB) strategies in school or community settings
Strong analytical communication and coaching skills
Commitment to data-driven decision-making and team collaboration
What Youll Do
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior plans
Train and coach staff in ABA methods and ensure consistency across classrooms
Monitor and analyze behavioral data to adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with teachers therapists and families to align supports and goals
Maintain treatment integrity and provide regular progress updates to teams
