JANUARY 5TH START DATEOR Certified Surgical Tech100-mile radius rule8hr DaysWeekend call and holidays required7a-3:30p13 weeksMUST BE CERTIFIEDMust have travel experience!Must have Ortho experience!Must have scrubbing experience!Must have Davinci experience!May be asked to precept new staffCompletion of a Certified Surgical Tech program preferred or current New York State LPN license eligibleKnowledge in the use of cleaning/sterilization/disinfections of equipment and instrumentation utilized in the clinical operating room candidate will function under the direct supervision of an RN and assist in Nursing care and preparation of the surgical patient by performing routine & delegated duties according to the standards and policies of the hospital and will perform technical duties relating to scrub personnel including precise & efficient reaction to all situations & assist with departmental work as techs have a vital role in creating and maintaining a sterile surgical room and ensure that surgical equipment is functioning properly & safely as well as assisting surgeons during surgical arrive within 1/2 hour of getting called in.
