Position Summary
The University at Buffalo School of Management is seeking an organized and collaborative Operations & Lab Coordinator to support two key initiatives within the Schoolthe Behavioral Research Lab and the Center for Supply Chain Analytics ( CSCA ) . This position splits its time between supporting lab operations for the Behavioral Research Lab and providing operational support for the CSCA . The coordinator will assist with study development and execution manage lab technology and participant recruitment coordinate events and communications supervise student assistants and oversee day-to-day operations. For the CSCA the role also supports execution of the Supply Chain Activation Network ( SCAN ) grant which is a component of the NY SMART I-Corridor Tech Hub. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operations and logistics across the Behavioral Research Lab and CSCA . Support planning and execution of events workshops and outreach initiatives. Lead participant recruitment and scheduling for research studies including SONA system management and outreach. Manage and maintain lab software and technology including Qualtrics SPSS iMotions and related systems to ensure functionality and technical support for research. Assist faculty and students with study design IRB submission and research documentation. Recruit train and supervise student employees and research assistants for both areas. Maintain tracking and reporting systems for projects research studies and grant deliverables. Support execution of the SCAN grant and related Tech Hub activities through event coordination project tracking and communication. Respond to inquiries from students faculty and external partners providing timely information and logistical support. Perform other operational research and administrative duties as assigned. Work Schedule: Monday Friday with occasional evening or weekend hours required for events or studies. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Psychology Management Hospitality Clinical Research or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree preferred. Experience with participant recruitment lab coordination supervising research assistants event planning and project management. Familiarity with Qualtrics SONA SPSS iMotions and similar software.
