Job Summary
Well-established hospital located near Charlottesville VA is looking for a Director of Quality and Risk to join their team. Details are below.
Salary: $100000 - $115000/annually (eligible for quarterly bonuses)
Director of Quality and Risk Opportunity:
- 2 employees reporting to this director are the Patient Assessment Standards Coordinator (PASC) and HIMS Supervisor
- The position reports directly to the CEO at the hospital and supported by the Regional Director of Quality and Risk.
- Must have gone through specifically The Joint Commission surveys/accreditation in a hospital setting as this is one of the positions primary responsibilities.
- Director of Quality and Risk must have experience with patient satisfaction surveys/experience analyzing trends feedback data and presenting/creating plans for improvement
Director of Quality and Risk Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
- License or Certification as required by state regulations.
- Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management including primary responsibility for performance improvement activities regulatory compliance conflict resolution leadership and risk management activities.
