Job Summary

Our client is a well-established multi regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex Indices Commodities Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. As a globally recognized broker it is known for its exceptional trading conditions award-winning customer service and over 20 years of industry experience. Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Country Manager (Forex Nairobi oﬃce).

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence in Africa region
Build and manage the team and provide leadership guidance and support
Monitor market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to make informed business decisions
Closely collaborating with Marketing in order to oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to Africa region
Analyse performance metrics and financial data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as needed
Collaborate with other departments such as compliance operations PSPs and and Back Office to ensure seamless business operations in the region
Drive revenue growth and profitability targets for the Africa region through effective sales and business development strategies
Developing the region including but not limited to converting leads into clients and acquiring and establishing business relationships with new and existing partners
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners and proactively work to retain and reactivate clients and partners

Candidate profile:

5 years of experience in the forex / CFD / online trading industry preferably in a managerial or business development role.
Proven track record in IB management client acquisition or regional business expansion.
Strong understanding of forex trading financial products and market dynamics.
Established network within the Kenyan trading and financial community.
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
Fluent English
