For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in engineering

  • Overall15 yrs of experience in Firmware Development domain with 3-5 years of experience in leadership

  • Strong domain experience withknowledge of software development lifecycle with and experience of working with NPD stage gate process tools and methodologies.

  • Participate in design reviews peer reviews code reviews to provide required guidance.

  • Excellent technical problem-solving communication and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-performance new product development teams

  • Understand the Measurement solutions business to encourage sharing of new ideas and best practices within the group

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment within a complex global organization

  • Experience of leading functional teams and work effectively with internation teams
  • Ability to flex working hours to accommodate global time differences

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • ExperienceGM3 in leading and executing engineering project teams that develop new products
  • Experience in Leading Firmware Development team which has successfully delivered new product development and sustaining engineering projects.
    • Experience in delivering Cybersecurity focused product development (IEC62443)
  • Experience with Stage gated NPD processes
  • Experience with Agile Product Development e.g. SCRUM TDD XP
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
