We are looking for a Business Development Manager Corporate Sales (Mumbai) to drive B2B revenue onboard corporate clients and travel partners and expand our footprint in the corporate travel and car rental ecosystem. This is an individual contributor role with strong focus on new client acquisition and key account management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire and onboard corporate clients travel agencies TMCs OTAs and enterprise accounts
Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build manage and convert a strong B2B sales pipeline
Handle corporate travel programs travel agent accounts and OTA partnerships
Prepare proposals negotiate commercials and close contracts
Manage pricing yield billing and reconciliations
Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers (Admin Travel Procurement HR CXO)
Conduct field visits partner meetings & client presentations across Mumbai region
Use CRM & Excel for pipeline tracking forecasting and reporting
Work closely with Operations & Finance to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
4 8 years of B2B Corporate Sales / Business Development in:
Corporate Travel / Business Travel
Car Rental / Chauffeur-driven mobility
Ground Transportation
Hospitality or Travel-Tech
Proven track record in:
achieving revenue targets
new business acquisition
key account management
Hands-on experience in:
Travel agent ecosystem / corporate travel accounts
OTA integrations or partnerships
Strong commercial & negotiation skills
Understanding of pricing yield management & reconciliations
Excellent verbal & written communication
English
Local language (preferred)
CRM & MS Excel proficiency pipeline funnel dashboards forecasting
High-energy field sales mindset and willingness to travel across Mumbai
Bachelors degree required
Masters / MBA preferred
